INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Please note that international returns have different limitations. Due to increased international return costs, all international returns are eligible for store credit equal to the purchase amount (minus shipping and handling). International customers are responsible for their own return shipping.

EXCHANGES: We regret to inform you that we are unable to process exchanges due to fluctuating inventory levels. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for store credit.

Items ineligible for refund or exchange:

• Returned after 30 days from shipment
• Product condition unsuitable for resale (stains, pet hair, odor, worn, washed)
• Items from Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section
• Items purchased at festivals or events
